CEMS Analyser

In order to respond to the requirements of low-concentration emissions and on-site measurement, we produced the cems analyser for ultra-low-concentration emissions for customers,to continuously monitor SO2, NOx, O2, dust concentration,velocity, temperature, pressure, humidity, etc. And the data will betransferred to the DCS system.
The cems analyser includes sampling probe, sample gas processing, industrial computer, liquid crystal display, data acquisition instrument, etc., to achieve data monitoring, reception, storage, display, transmission.

Dust analyzer for ultra-low emissions

The dust analyzer is suitable for online monitoring of ultra-low emissions.


1.The online dust monitor adopts the principle of extraction laser forward scattering.The measurement room is heated at high temperature, free from water vapor interference, the detection limit is extremely low, and it fully meets the online detection of high humidity and ultra-low concentration flue gas dust.
2. The unique patented light path structure has extremely high sensitivity and resolution;
3. The unique patented heating and return air path structure can be used in the occasion where the measured gas contains extremely high water mist;
4. Equipped with isokinetic tracking sampling module, can choose the configuration of isokinetic sampling;
5. Adopting the method of adaptive dynamic binning, with extremely wide dynamic response range;
6. Patent-specific automatic zero point and automatic span calibration;
7. Unique back blowing and air curtain structure and calculation method, resistant to window pollution;
8. Unique structural design, integrated mainframe and separate isokinetic tracking module, the overall weight of the mainframe is less than 20KG, a single person can complete the installation, commissioning and maintenance work;
9. The output signal interface has a standard 4 ~ 20mA analog interface, RS485 digital interface (supports Modbus protocol, local dynamic management and control protocol);
