MYC Gene Amplification Detection Probe
1.Fleetness: Tissue probe hybridization time: 2 hours. Cell probe hybridization time: 1 hour.
2.Accuracy: Less non-specific background staining (dyeing). Increase difficult samples detection rate.
3.Reproducibility: Different laboratories test results are highly reproducible.
do not contain Repetitive Sequence result in:
High specificity - Does not bind to non-target fragments .
High sensitivity - Effective detection of small fragments .
Strong fluorescent signal - Not obscured by background color and probe signal .
Fluorescent background and noise are low - Not easy to mask weak signals .
The MYC gene amplification probe uses orange-red dye to mark the MYC gene region, and the green dye to mark the centromeric region of chromosome 8 (CEP8). The MYC gene tagged region is located at 8q24.21 and the CEP8 probe is labeled with a specific alpha satellite sequence.
MYC gene amplification is a common phenomenon in tumors and can be seen in many malignant tumors such as breast cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, and cervical cancer. The prognosis of breast cancer patients with MYC gene is poor.
